Welcome to the Paint Master website. By using this website or our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Paint Master ("the Company") provides painting, repainting and paint repair services. The service details and package information on this website are for reference only; the actual scope of work is governed by the quote confirmed by both parties.
2. Quotes & Pricing
The prices listed on this website are indicative. The actual cost depends on unit size, wall condition (such as how dark the old paint is and the number of cracks), paint brand and job complexity, and is confirmed by a free on-site quote. Once the quote is confirmed and signed by both parties, the Company will not raise prices midway except where the client requests additional work.
3. Payment Terms
Project fees are generally paid in instalments: a deposit when the quote is confirmed, further payments according to progress, and the balance after the job is completed and inspected by the client. Detailed payment arrangements are set out in the quote.
4. Timeline & Work
The Company provides an estimated timeline at the quoting stage and strives to complete on time. However, factors beyond our control — such as weather, building management restrictions, material supply delays or client-requested changes — may require the timeline to be adjusted, in which case we will notify the client as soon as possible.
5. Client Responsibilities
Before work begins, the client should remove valuable and fragile items and ensure the painters have access to the unit and to water and electricity during the work. If there are unauthorised structures, water leakage or other structural issues, the client should inform us in advance so the painters can assess any impact on the work.
6. Warranty
A warranty period is provided after the job is completed (see the quote for details). The warranty covers issues such as paint bubbling or peeling under normal use; problems caused by water leakage, seepage, impact or human damage are not covered.
7. Limitation of Liability
The content of this website (including text, images and prices) is for general reference only, and the Company reserves the right to change it at any time without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including trademarks, logos, text and images, belongs to the Company or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without the Company's written consent.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Company may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this website and take effect immediately. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
