Best for: Units with walls in good condition — no obvious cracks, chalking or peeling — that just need a new colour or a simple refresh.
What's included:
- Basic furniture and floor protection
- Light sanding of wall surfaces
- 1 coat of primer (where needed)
- 2 coats of finish paint
Pros: fastest turnaround, lowest price
BPatch Repair & Repainting
Best for: Units with minor cracks, old nail holes, slight unevenness or small areas of peeling paint.
What's included:
- Full furniture and floor protection
- Scrape off loose and bubbling paint
- Fill cracks and nail holes
- Localised skim coating and sanding
- 2-3 coats of finish paint
Pros: best value, fixes common minor defects
CFull Strip & Skim Repainting
Best for: Older flats being renovated, walls with serious mould or chalking, wallpapered walls, or anyone wanting a flawlessly smooth finish.
What's included:
- Comprehensive site protection
- Stripping solution applied; all old paint and plaster removed
- 1 coat of damp-proof primer (sealer)
- 3 full skim coats, thoroughly sanded
- 3 coats of finish paint
Pros: cures underlying problems for good, most durable and smoothest finish
